To permanently close your 999y account, email support@999y.biz with "Account Closure Request" in the subject line. Any remaining balance will be returned to your last used withdrawal method after all open bets are settled. If a deposit fails or does not appear in your 999y account within the expected time, first check your mobile wallet or bank app to confirm whether the transaction was debited from your account. If money was deducted but not credited to 999y, email support@999y.biz with your registered mobile number, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used, and a screenshot of your transaction receipt.
