You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999y login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 999y will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel. 999y may at any time request that you verify your identity, age, or payment method before processing a withdrawal or lifting a betting limit. Requested documents may include a national identity card (CNIC), a utility bill for address verification, or a screenshot confirming ownership of a linked Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time period specified may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
999y accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No conversion fees are applied by 999y.
A bet on 999y is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Until a bet is confirmed, it is not accepted and funds will not be deducted from your balance. You are responsible for checking that your bet details — selection, odds, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. 999y does not accept requests to amend or cancel bets once they have been confirmed.
The odds displayed on 999y represent the return for a winning bet inclusive of the stake. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked and will not be changed. 999y reserves the right to withdraw any market or amend odds before a bet is placed.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or UEFA for Champions League fixtures). In the event of any dispute about the official result, 999y's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — shall be final.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required action for settlement has occurred; a material error in the odds is identified by 999y before settlement; or the market is explicitly listed as void under 999y's market-specific rules. Voided bets are excluded from accumulator calculations, and the remaining legs of the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.
The minimum bet on any 999y market is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed on each market. 999y reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits at its discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest abuse of pricing errors or promotional terms.
